Cookie policy

No cookies in this jar

Last updated 31 October 2026. Jack Vegas sets no cookies at all. It does use one piece of browser storage, and here is everything about it.

Cookies

We do not set cookies, first-party or third-party. There are no analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies on any page, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.

The one thing we do store

To remember your game between visits, the site writes a single entry to your browser's local storage. Local storage is like a cookie in that it lives in your browser, but it is never sent to our server with your requests.

Storage keyWhat it holdsHow long
jv:save One small record: your 18+ confirmation, nickname, coin balance, check-in time, last daily top-up time, number of automatic refills, and whether you have dismissed the storage note. Until you check out, clear site data, or your browser removes it.

This storage is strictly necessary to provide what you ask for when you check in and play, so under the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations it does not need a consent banner. We still think you should know it is there.

Removing it

  • On the site: open your room key from the coin counter in the header and choose Check out. That wipes your nickname and coins.
  • In your browser: clear browsing data for jack-vegas.net, or all site data. In most browsers this sits under Settings, then Privacy.

If your browser blocks local storage entirely, for example in some private modes, the games still work, but your coins will not be remembered after you leave.

Other parties

Our fonts, images and scripts are all served from jack-vegas.net itself. No other company's code runs on our pages. If you follow a link to another website, such as a helpline, that site's own cookie policy applies.

Questions

Write to us at hello@jack-vegas.net. More about personal data is in our privacy notice.

Evening, traveller. Are you 18 or over?

Jack Vegas is a social casino for adults. The coins are pretend, but the games are casino games, so the door only opens for grown-ups.

Answering yes also means you have read the house rules. Nothing here costs money and nothing here pays it.
